The Journal of Murketing

The Journal of Murketing is presently on hiatus, and is not accepting new subscribers. While active it is (was) sent via email to interested parties. Vol. 1 began in December 2003 and consisted of 13 issues, the last of which appeared September 2004. Volume 2 will begin ... later. Pithy. Entertaining. Informative. Murkily related to marketing. Frequency, precise subject matter, quality, and other details are (were) a secret. No charge.

There is no archive of the Journal of Murketing. However, in an unforseen development, a few people have posted excerpts from past installments at various places on the World Wide Web. So if you want to see "what it's like," you can look at these:

An item from #5 (from early January 2004):

One reason the Journal of Murketing has no archives is to remove the pressure of coming up with material that will "hold up" over time, so the staff has mixed feelings about revealing these now-dated entries, but, maybe they'll tell you just enough to confirm that you want to have nothing to do with this enterprise.
